Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute the operation of the logistics center across different operational areas, continuous improvement, and quality control.
•Define performance indicators to guarantee service quality for users.
•Design and execute continuous improvement plans to maximize process productivity in storage and distribution centers.
•Create synergy with MELI support areas together with the logistics operator to boost performance.
•Transform data into value-adding business information with reporting up to director levels.

Key Requirements

•Complete higher education in Process Management, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Administration, Technology or related fields.
•Experience in PCP, logistics, industry, retail, e-commerce, transportation, distribution, inbound, sorting, or similar areas.
•Ability to act as spokesperson supporting third-party operations on continuous improvement plans.
•Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, 5 PQs, Tableau, Power BI, Google Sheets and intermediate Excel.
•Willingness to work on-site in Brasília - DF, night shift from 23:00 to 08:00.
