Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a finished goods warehousing and fulfillment strategy aligned with deployment objectives and scalable across facilities.
  • •Lead the function end-to-end, including warehouse operations, outbound/fulfillment material flow engineering, staging, spares/maintenance stock, and returns.
  • •Oversee daily warehousing and fulfillment operations (material handling, storage, kitting, picking/packing, shipping) with FIFO and serialized/lot traceability and government property accountability.
  • •Create and standardize SOPs and workflows for finished goods warehousing to replicate globally as new facilities open.
  • •Establish KPIs and manage inventory accuracy using cycle counting, physical audits, variance tracking, and scrap/obsolescence management. Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR, export controls, OSHA, and government property regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, logistics, business administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • •10+ years in warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, or supply chain management with a focus on finished goods operations.
  • •5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing warehouse teams, including managers and supervisors.
  • •Proven track record building, scaling, or transforming warehousing operations across multiple sites.
  • •Expertise with WMS and ERP systems and experience implementing process improvement frameworks such as 5S, Lean, or Six Sigma.
