Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and deliver the technical roadmap for your engineering domain, designing scalable, cost-efficient, low-latency platform solutions.
  • •Architect and build resilient APIs and core platform features, writing clean, maintainable, high-performance backend code.
  • •Identify architectural bottlenecks and technical debt, then drive practical iterative refactoring plans without disrupting delivery.
  • •Lead production incident deep-dives in distributed SaaS environments, performing RCA and implementing permanent preventive safeguards.
  • •Establish engineering standards via code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipeline integration, and mentor engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •12 to 15 years of hands-on software engineering and systems/platform engineering experience in modern distributed SaaS environments.
  • •Proven end-to-end ownership of architecture and technical strategy for large-scale products or core platform infrastructure.
  • •Experience building, shipping, and maintaining high-availability, low-latency, and high-throughput systems under aggressive deployment schedules.
  • •Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with Product, QA, Ops, and Design to drive alignment.
