Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and enhance product design and definition data including bills of materials, drawings, and specifications.
  • •Oversee introduction of new products and modifications, partnering with production and manufacturing engineering to resolve issues.
  • •Collaborate with global suppliers and Supplier Quality Engineers on assessments, capability analysis, and part approvals.
  • •Analyze, document, and resolve product reliability issues with Service, Quality, Application Engineers, and customers; write product analysis reports.
  • •Drive efficiency and optimization using Design for Six Sigma and Lean, including Design for Cost/DFM/DFA and engineering analysis with CAD/FEA and simulation tools.

  • •Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of three years of design engineering experience.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of South Milwaukee, WI will be considered (Active-Duty Military exempt).
