Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce end-to-end service designs for strategic technology initiatives, integrating architecture, security, operations, supplier, resilience, and support requirements.
  • •Design and document IT services (infrastructure, applications, and support) to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  • •Create service design packages including SLAs, OLAs, capacity planning, security requirements, and performance metrics.
  • •Establish and maintain service architecture and design standards aligned with ITIL, COBIT, and TOGAF best practices.
  • •Review and optimise service designs, improving scalability, resilience, reliability, and cost-efficiency while proposing mitigations for identified risks.

Key Requirements
