Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement approved SOPs and maintenance processes across plants
  • •Maintain tools, safety gear, and equipment in safe, working condition
  • •Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime and escalate resource needs when required
  • •Troubleshoot basic faults and escalate complex issues appropriately
  • •Install machinery and platforms; update maintenance activities and data in the ERP/Asset Management system and support contractors during outsourced maintenance

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary School Certificate with vocational certification in Fitter or Fabrication
  • •Strong knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance within a large manufacturing plant
  • •ERP (SAP) experience preferred
  • •Welding and fabrication skills are an advantage
