Job Summary

We are seeking an Arabic-speaking Total Rewards professional to design and execute competitive compensation and benefits strategies, lead market benchmarking, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage vendor relationships to attract and retain talent.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and lead the design and execution of competitive compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent
•Conduct market benchmarking and leverage data-driven decision-making to inform Total Rewards programs
•Ensure alignment of Total Rewards policies with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements
•Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations for benefits and related services
•Engage with stakeholders across HR and business units to implement Total Rewards policies and influence decision-making

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in total rewards, including at least 4 years in total rewards
•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
•Master’s degree or professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or CIPD considered an advantage
•Arabic speaker
•Strong expertise in compensation structures, incentives and benefits programs, supported by market benchmarking and data-driven decision-making
