Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze material requirements, plan and initiate schedules, and manage shop floor scheduling to support customer production plans.
  • •Manage work orders to ensure manufacturing has sufficient work; communicate on overtime requirements.
  • •Expedite customer orders where possible; expedite shortages with buyers and communicate updates to customer service and program managers.
  • •Monitor MRP item parameters/settings, minimize past due sales dollars and quality issues, and resolve supplier shortages to support on-time delivery.
  • •Lead/participate in hardware tracking, delivery status meetings, daily schedule/delivery reviews, and process metrics for new program hardware builds; support product transitions between Jackson and other Eaton sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •2+ years of experience in supply chain.
