Key Responsibilities

•Be part of telemarketing activities during campaigns and provide efficient, courteous handling of customers by phone, information, service booking and guidance
•Provide a courteous welcome to service customers by seating them and keeping them comfortable until attended by the Service Advisor
•Direct customers to the relevant advisor who will attend to them
•Call customers to obtain follow-up feedback on their visits to ATM and ensure timely service
•Support reception in managing courtesy vehicles and maintain cleanliness and hygiene to represent a professional corporate image
