Managing Director, Business Banking Relationship Management

Grow and manage a portfolio of business banking relationships while executing on segment strategy to drive new-to-bank relationships, deposit growth, loan production, and treasury management/fee income. Build a strong network of business contacts and referral sources, source and present credit proposals, and negotiate quality loans within policy guidelines. Partner with internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience, cross-sell treasury management solutions, and uphold regulatory and operational integrity.
