Key Responsibilities

•Own and lead HBM PHY SI/PI design, driving the technical direction of the program.
•Coordinate SI/PI deliverables across teams to ensure on-time completion.
•Organize and conduct thorough project gate design reviews to validate design quality.
•Review HBM PHY customer Interposer and Package designs and provide actionable feedback.
•Make technical decisions that improve quality and schedule for the program.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in hardware design with a focus on SI/PI for memory interfaces, preferably HBM
•Proven ability to lead and own HBM PHY SI/PI design from concept through delivery
•Experience coordinating design deliverables and conducting project gate design reviews
•Ability to review and critique customer Interposer and Package designs and provide technically sound decisions
•Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to improve quality and schedule
