  • •Challenge the triple constraint (scope, timing, budget) to optimize business value.
  • •Drive effective decision-making as an advisor to the Product Development Manager and cross-sector product team.
  • •Implement and improve project/program standards and processes, including planning, financial management, reporting, change control, risk management, and quality.
  • •Prepare and facilitate progress reviews and key decision meetings, and actively follow up on agreements.
  • •Support financial forecasting (budget) and provide regular financial management and reporting guidance while connecting and challenging stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •At least 5 years of experience as a PM(O) expert or practical experience as a project manager in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • •Experience implementing change and improvement projects.
  • •Experience with MS Project Online (or a similar tool).
  • •Strong English communication skills (written and oral).
