Project Management Officer

Own and continuously improve PMO standards and processes to help a cross-sector product team deliver ASML lithography machines. Act as a trusted advisor to the Product Development Manager by driving progress reviews, decision meetings, and follow-ups. Challenge the triple constraint (scope, timing, budget), support financial forecasting and reporting, and proactively connect stakeholders to ensure complete inputs and higher project/process maturity.
