Job Summary

Support TikTok’s Scaled Agency Sales team by contributing to the full sales lifecycle for independent agencies across the US market. Help manage the sales pipeline tracker, prepare executive-ready materials for weekly meetings, and monitor agency KPIs through dashboards and performance reports. Partner with internal teams to resolve issues end-to-end, and help drive adoption of AI tools to improve productivity and unlock capacity.

Key Responsibilities

•Support revenue growth efforts across the sales lifecycle, including prospect research, competitive analysis, pitch preparation, and partner engagement with US agencies.
•Manage and maintain the sales pipeline tracker by identifying patterns, surfacing risks, and translating data into clear signals for the team lead.
•Serve as an operational backbone for agency relationships by owning issue resolution end-to-end and coordinating across internal teams to keep deals moving.
•Prepare and structure materials for weekly team meetings and leadership reviews, highlighting trends and insights that drive decisions.
•Monitor agency KPIs and design dashboards and performance reports; help drive adoption of AI tools and platforms to increase productivity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
•Strong analytical skills with comfort working in spreadsheets and data tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
•Experience with Looker or Tableau (or similar) is a plus.
•Proficiency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
•Be able to commit to at least a 3-month internship period.
