Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end implementation, technical configuration, optimization, and lifecycle management for enterprise applications.
  • •Assume technical ownership and oversee third-party SaaS solutions and automated integrations for corporate governance domains like Legal Entity Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Transaction Monitoring.
  • •Design technical solutions and scalable, cloud-native system integration paths using modern software interaction patterns such as REST APIs.
  • •Run structured workshops with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Audit to translate complex process requirements into enterprise system configurations.
  • •Deliver 2nd- and 3rd-level production support, troubleshoot system behavior with vendors or internal engineering teams, and maintain technical records, playbooks, and configuration guides.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven hands-on experience with cross-functional enterprise SaaS platforms and corporate governance applications.
