Animation Supervisor

Collaborate with the Heads of Character Animation to uphold the quality and style of character animation, ensuring feedback is understood and acted on in a timely manner. Lead and mentor animators, review team progress, and maintain consistency across assigned characters and sequences. Partner with Art and character departments to develop characters and communicate shot statuses, deadlines, and readiness for production reviews—often through hands-on shot work.
