Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with enterprise customers to understand their creative production pipelines and identify where ElevenLabs tools create the most value
  • •Build and demonstrate AI-powered creative workflows - from voice and music generation to image, video, and dubbing - tailored to each customer’s use cases
  • •Create high-quality reference content and prototypes using ElevenLabs products that set the standard for what is possible
  • •Consult with customer creative and production leads, translating technical capabilities into concrete creative and business opportunities
  • •Design reusable workflow templates, guides, and best practices that accelerate customer adoption

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in a creative production, creative technology, or creative direction role at an agency, studio, production house, or technology company
  • •A portfolio of shipped creative work that demonstrates taste, technical skill, and storytelling ability
  • •Hands-on fluency with AI creative tools and active use of generative AI for image, video, audio, or text production
  • •Experience working directly with enterprise clients or large brand teams in a consulting, solutions, or embedded capacity
  • •Strong understanding of creative production pipelines - video, audio, motion graphics, dubbing, localization, or similar
