Key Responsibilities

  • •Track delivery for key regulatory requirements, enhancements, and related process/control implementations.
  • •Ensure timely, accurate execution of change tasks in increment planning (epics raised, user stories sized and sprint-ready).
  • •Balance portfolio demand against available development capacity across projects.
  • •Monitor and report program health using accurate metrics and data insights to improve execution and behaviors.
  • •Manage and coordinate stakeholders/teams across multiple global locations, showcasing status and budget transparency linked to outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate degree in Commerce, Business, or Technology.
  • •12–16 years of experience in project management / PMO for complex initiatives.
  • •Strong PMO experience defining delivery metrics and tracking/reporting program progress.
