Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide quality, timely service to middle-market clients as the day-to-day liaison between the insurance company and accounts.
  • •Lead and control client relationships in collaboration with producers and/or account executives, supporting account executives with an existing book of business.
  • •Perform daily servicing tasks including contract analysis, coverage/exposure analysis, endorsements, renewal control, and handling coverage/billing questions.
  • •Prepare quotes/proposals and bind coverage; respond to client needs by producing binders, certificates, policies, ID cards, evidence of insurance, and related documents.
  • •Support retention and growth by analyzing alternative renewal options, preparing renewal materials, marketing opportunities, and documenting client communications and files electronically.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance, including understanding of underwriting, coverage, and rate analysis.
  • •Property and casualty (P&C) insurance license upon hire is required.

  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to prioritize and self-manage workload.
