Job Summary

Design and develop Battery Management Systems (BMS) hardware for power tools, including circuit design, schematics, and PCB layout. Select and validate components, perform functional verification and debugging, and support supplier module/manufacturer building and tester development. Lead battery pack phase testing issue resolution, assist with battery product regulatory certifications, and maintain mature product lines with cost-down improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Own BMS hardware circuit design, including schematics and PCB layout for power tools.
•Select and validate BMS-related hardware components; perform functional verification, debugging, and prepare design documents and test reports.
•Participate in BMS module manufacturing support and work with suppliers on tester development.
•Support battery pack phase testing, address technical issues, and provide practical solutions.
•Assist with regulatory certifications and maintain mature product lines with cost-down solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering (or related) with 5+ years of electronic product development experience.
•Experience with BMS for power tools is preferred.
•Strong knowledge of BMS fundamentals, including lithium battery charge/discharge, protection, and balancing.
•Preferred: knowledge of Bluetooth hardware and protocol.
•Proficient with hardware design tools such as Altium Designer and PSpice; strong English reading/writing communication.
