Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multidisciplinary technical design management activities across stadiums, arenas, training facilities and sports complexes.
  • •Provide technical oversight across architectural, structural, civil, MEP, sports systems and specialist consultant deliverables.
  • •Coordinate and manage Lead Design Consultants and specialist designers through the project lifecycle; chair technical workshops, design reviews, and coordination meetings.
  • •Lead technical reviews and assurance for submissions, drawings, BIM models and specifications; implement QA processes and address design risks and value engineering.
  • •Support procurement and delivery stages by reviewing design submissions during Design & Build stages and assisting inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience delivering large-scale sports and entertainment venues (stadiums, arenas, elite training centres, sports complexes, or major public assembly buildings).
  • •Experience working with client-side and PMC or Tier-1 contractors, including managing international design teams and multidisciplinary consultants.
  • •Chartered or professionally accredited status preferred (RIBA, ARB, ICE, IStructE, PMI, CIOB or equivalent).
