Job Summary

Shape how company data is modeled, shared, and turned into actionable insights as the second dedicated Data Analyst on a small, cross-functional analytics team. Partner with Finance, Growth, Product, and Operations to define core metrics and build trusted dashboards, data products, and models that power automation. Work end to end with an event-based data platform using BigQuery, Fivetran, dbt, Dagster, Lightdash, and Hex.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Growth, Product, and Operations to ensure data is actionable—delivering dashboards, insights, and data models for automation.
•Define and track core metrics, monitor business performance, and build trust in data across the company.
•Enable internal teams by educating data consumers and supporting power users through documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and occasional training.
•Deliver analytics content that matters internally and externally, identifying key customer-facing metrics with Product and building dashboards and data products.
•Work end to end to define new data points and convert messy source data into clean, reliable models for dashboards, metrics, and product decisions.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in analytics with end-to-end delivery, ideally partnering with Finance and Product in a B2C context or building customer-facing data products.
•Strong data modeling expertise including dimensional modeling, testing, and documentation.
•Ability to translate complex business requirements into well-structured data pipelines and models.
•Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Python, and strong SQL.
•Experience communicating clearly and aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders while managing expectations.
