  • •Partner with executive and senior leadership to define, evolve, and execute the enterprise People Strategy aligned to organizational priorities and workforce needs.
  • •Lead governance, prioritization, and delivery of a complex enterprise-wide People Strategy program portfolio, balancing resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • •Translate business strategy into multi-year people transformation roadmaps covering organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership capability, talent development, employee experience, and culture.
  • •Drive enterprise-wide change management efforts to ensure adoption, capability building, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable outcomes.
  • •Define and monitor success metrics and workforce outcomes using workforce analytics, employee insights, and benchmarks to inform continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •8–12+ years of progressive experience in People Strategy, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Transformation, and Enterprise Program Management.
  • •Experience with Organizational Change Management and Strategic Workforce Planning.
  • •Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives and partnering directly with executive leadership (strongly preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into multi-year people transformation roadmaps and workforce outcomes.
