Key Responsibilities

•Developing position specifications and creating effective search strategies with the Consultant.
•Conducting industry and client company research to map the executive talent landscape and provide market insights.
•Assisting Consultants in preparing business development materials and presenting candidates to clients.
•Contacting prospective candidates, conducting in-depth interviews, writing candidate assessments, and managing relationships throughout the search lifecycle.
•Partnering with colleagues across the firm to maintain a culture of collaboration and integrity while delivering high-quality search deliverables.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4-6 years of professional recruiting experience or a minimum of 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience; undergraduate BA/BS degree required.
•Exhibits strong written and verbal communication with ability to write candidate assessments and present to clients.
•Demonstrates ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates, and manage multiple projects to deliver high-quality results on time.
•Experience developing search strategies, conducting industry mapping, and building candidate pipelines; familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM is preferred.
•Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics, with the ability to partner across multiple stakeholders and contribute to client relationship management.
