Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop training curricula, materials, and CBT modules for new hire, recurrent, and specialized programs.
  • •Administer and maintain the company LMS/CBT platform, including content updates and completion tracking.
  • •Implement technical/operational, management development, safety training, and train-the-trainer programs.
  • •Ensure initial/recurrent training complies with applicable DOT/FAA requirements and keep policies current with regulatory directives.
  • •Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, modify programs based on results, and maintain training records per operations specifications.

Salary: USD 99,547 - 168,990 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3-5 years’ aviation industry experience and proven experience as a Training Manager, including OJT for new hires and staff.
  • •Experience assessing training needs, lesson planning, and delivering programs including CBT/e-learning authoring and LMS administration.
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills with familiarity of traditional and modern training methods; strong understanding of business goals.
  • •Working knowledge of applicable ground handling regulations and advanced MS Office / Windows OS proficiency.
  • •U.S. citizenship or proof of right to work, fluent English, valid driver’s license, and successful FBI background investigation (fingerprints/criminal history) and pre-employment drug test.
