Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate a single-blade saw based on production scheduling sheets.
  • •Ensure materials meet quality specifications (grade, size, moisture content) and perform required checks.
  • •Perform setups and feeding of material according to specifications, periodically checking equipment performance.
  • •Offload, stack, and (if required) cover, label, and band finished product in line with procedures.
  • •Maintain safety and compliance (safe work area, LOTO, preventive maintenance, pre-shift inspections) and keep production records.
