Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct routine reviews of open sales, lease, and referral transactions to ensure regular file reviews
  • •Collaborate with the Broker of Record and Transaction Coordinators to enhance transaction review efficiencies
  • •Perform comprehensive random reviews of commercial, farm and ranch, and residential listing, lease, and sale transaction files before and after scheduled closing
  • •Ensure closing meets compliance goals and that contracts, disclosures, and advisories are processed properly and timely
  • •Measure agent file submissions against transaction checklists to ensure transaction files are complete and compliant

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of active Colorado real estate license with transactional experience
  • •Strong knowledge of real estate transaction coordination and transaction flow
  • •Working knowledge of CO MLS systems, CREC promulgated contract forms, CTM eContracts software, and Google Suite
