Job Summary

Join AECOM’s transportation team as a CEI Construction Services Inspector in Port St. Lucie, FL. You’ll inspect roadway and bridge construction, perform field tests, help ensure quality and contractual compliance, and support Senior CEI Inspectors on diverse infrastructure projects while communicating in English across field and office settings.

Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect construction work and conduct field tests for compliance with contract documents.
•Assist Senior CEI Inspector in the performance of duties and review work while in progress.
•Monitor conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements by performing inspection duties.
•Perform daily field inspections and maintain inspection records.
•Participate in punch lists, testing, and commissioning; track quality assurance progress.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23 - 38 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma plus 2 years of related experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
•Valid U.S. Driver’s License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices; must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review.
•Due to nature of the projects, a US Citizenship is required.
•Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing).
•Willingness to perform field inspections and assist Senior CEI Inspector as needed, including testing and documentation.
