Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
  • •Support safe, efficient store operations through strong stockroom standards and daily execution while moving dynamically to meet business and guest needs.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
