Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify customer needs and propose added value solutions, including prospecting to develop sales opportunities.
  • •Visit client drill sites to provide tools, technical support, and post-sale follow-up to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • •Develop and maintain strong client relationships, preparing and presenting service and field reports with product performance and site visit summaries.
  • •Support sales growth by applying marketing strategies and promotional initiatives and maintaining understanding of assigned markets.
  • •Recommend diamond tools and drilling-related products based on terrain and drilling conditions, conduct field tests, and monitor competitor activity and market trends.

Key Requirements
