Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the strategic direction for international marketing across the GSA region for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • •Develop and translate the overall GSA marketing strategy for international artists and global releases into culturally relevant plans.
  • •Lead and develop the GSA International Marketing team by setting priorities, roles, and responsibilities and fostering collaboration across interfaces.
  • •Steer local marketing campaigns for global superstars and international newcomers from positioning and release planning to performance analysis.
  • •Manage budgets, resources, and relevant KPIs, creating transparency around campaign progress, impact, and learnings.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven leadership and international marketing experience in the music or media industry, focused on international repertoire in a local market environment.
  • •Demonstrated success positioning international artists and global releases in local markets, ensuring international campaigns become culturally relevant and effective in GSA.
  • •Strong understanding of German, Austrian, and Swiss market dynamics and the ability to translate global strategies into local audiences and activation measures.
  • •Broad genre-spanning repertoire understanding and strong insight into artist, audience, platform, and cultural trends, with confidence in the digital landscape.
  • •Business-fluent written and spoken German and English, with clear communication to diverse stakeholders and a data-informed, creative approach.
