Own ground and flight readiness for Long Wall’s missile defense hardware by developing test procedures, running test operations (including control-room activities), and maintaining Ground Support Equipment. Support vehicle and ground systems integration across Long Beach, El Segundo, and Mojave test sites, analyze readiness and failure/safety data, and make go/no-go decisions based on reviewed test data.

•Develop, write, and review procedures integrating hardware, test engines, ground systems, and the launch vehicle.
•Perform test operations, including control room operations, and prepare sites and hardware for engine, ground system, flight hardware, and vehicle launch testing.
•Own projects to design, upgrade, build, and maintain Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
•Prepare for and participate in readiness and failure/safety analyses; conduct design/test/operations readiness reviews.
•Review test data and make go/no-go calls on vehicle, test article, and GSE integrity; lead or contribute to anomaly resolutions and verify hardware closeouts for test or flight.

Key Requirements

•Experience with technically focused hardware build and test of support equipment (mechanical, electrical, electronic, and/or fluids).
•Demonstrated experience generating and executing test plans.
