Job Summary

Own and enable a strategic book of MSP/SP accounts as a technical relationship owner for cloud-delivered SD-WAN and managed SD-Branch services. Partner with MSP/SP product, sales, operations, NOC/support, and service assurance teams to design and package solutions, lead PoCs and RFx technical responses, and co-sell in customer opportunities. Drive operational integration using VeloCloud REST APIs, analytics/log export, and multi-tenant orchestration while providing product feedback to Arista.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the dedicated technical SE for an assigned set of MSP/SP accounts, building relationships across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
•Help MSP/SP partners create, package, and launch differentiated SD-WAN and SD-Branch managed services based on VeloCloud and the Arista portfolio.
•Develop and deliver tailored enablement programs across MSP/SP GTM, operations, NOC/support, and product management teams.
•Ensure operational integration of VeloCloud SD-Branch into MSP/SP OSS/BSS, service assurance platforms, and delivery workflows using REST APIs and export/orchestration capabilities.
•Co-sell with MSP/SP sales teams by delivering technical presentations, solution demos, workshops, and leading solution architecture, RFx responses, and PoCs.

Key Requirements

•BS/CS/CE degree or equivalent technical experience.
•5+ years in WAN, networking, or cloud services, including service provider or managed service provider environments.
•Understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), WAN technologies, and SD-WAN.
•Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, solution design, and PoCs.
•Knowledge of Linux, hypervisors, cloud computing, and operational tools for logs/metrics/events/alerting.
