Lead and develop Adyen’s Americas rewards function (Brazil, Canada, Mexico, USA) from San Francisco, driving compensation and benefits strategy, design, and programs. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and collaborate with HR, Recruiting, and business leadership to design and implement compensation and benefits strategies across the Americas region.
•Provide program design, administration, reporting, planning, budgeting, and analyses to support HR and leadership.
•Co-create and manage the year-end compensation process across multiple business areas.
•Support market compensation and benefits survey benchmarking and drive innovation in compensation plans.
•Partner with Recruiting and Hiring Leaders to develop competitive offer packages and manage related data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 320,000

•Minimum 7 years of experience in compensation and/or people analytics, preferred.
•A builder who embraces the science and art of compensation to create something unique for Adyen.
•A player coach who develops a high-performing team while balancing program design with hands-on execution.

•Knowledge of compensation & benefits principles, market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices, with a forward-looking mindset.
