•Serve as GTM technical expert designing and demoing Sierra’s Agent product to address customer needs
•Collaborate with Sales, Product and Agent Engineering teams to drive GTM and improve Agents through customer-driven product development
•Lead and support customers in early conversations to anticipate needs and advance Sierra’s AI solution
•Translate customer requirements into technical demonstrations and product feedback to engineers
•Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, including executives and technical leaders

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AUD 265,000 - 340,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales
•Experience in demo building, presenting to customers, and working in the GTM function
•Experience in building relationships with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders
•Experience leading the sales process with Enterprise customers
•Ability to connect a prospect's business problems to Sierra’s solutions and explain them to technical and non-technical audiences
