Client Service Manager

Develop and maintain relationships with Corporate Trust clients, managing the value of those relationships to the organization. Review and accept new client relationships, provide quality service aligned to client needs, resolve issues quickly, and coordinate operational changes. Partner with business development to support new conversations, identify risks and operational challenges, and help drive revenue, new business, and expense goals while managing and training staff as needed.
