Fulfill e-commerce orders on the offline (retail stores) channel with urgency and efficiency, while supporting the frontline team with returns processing. Set and drive achievement of e-commerce sales targets, ensure omnichannel process compliance, and share knowledge across teams to improve the hybrid retail approach. Identify and report technical errors to the IT Service Desk and escalate stock shortages to update system records with relevant stakeholders.
