Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop internal visual standards for work boards, JIRA queuing, Power BI dashboards, and department workflow.
  • •Integrate with business teams to understand current workflows, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Define and build department-level metrics and dashboards, using in-depth analyses (including SQL) to identify trends and support decisions.
  • •Create reports/tools and standardized metrics for operational measurement and improvements, including automation to mitigate risk or create efficiencies.

Key Requirements
