Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, Master Planning, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 to 7+ years of experience in landscape architecture, design, engineering, or multidisciplinary consultancies, with bid coordination and proposal development experience.
  • •Strong understanding of landscape architecture principles, project delivery stages, construction methodologies, and scoping from client briefs and technical documentation.
  • •Commercial awareness with experience supporting fee proposals, resource planning, and comparative analysis across new, ongoing, and secured bids.
  • •Familiarity with UAE authority requirements, permitting processes, and sustainability frameworks (including Dubai Municipality regulations, DMT guidelines, and Estidama/Pearl Rating System) is advantageous.
