Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage delivery of items to the designated client and oversee transport flows according to project needs.
  • •Identify transportation requirements and plan/execute shipment preparation, including contractual, export control, and other required documents.
  • •Collect and prepare import/export and regulatory transport documents for delivery.
  • •Monitor delivery progress, develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs, and check invoicing.
  • •Manage disputes through associated action plans and identify/propose improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Production Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Office suite, especially Excel.

  • •Fluency in English.
  • •Knowledge of Incoterms, Back-to-Back operations, and export processes aligned with Brazilian Customs requirements.
