Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customer deployments from initial discovery through production launch.
  • •Understand customer workflows, pain points, and business goals, and translate requirements into practical AI workflows and implementation plans.
  • •Build and configure voice AI agents, conversation flows, and automation workflows.
  • •Help customers integrate Retell with existing systems via APIs and troubleshoot technical issues across integrations and production deployments.
  • •Track project progress, run technical sessions/demos, partner cross-functionally to resolve issues, and optimize agents before and after launch while capturing repeatable playbooks.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills for customer-facing work.
  • •Experience in consulting, solutions engineering, deployment, implementation, customer success engineering, product management, or another customer-facing technical role.
  • •Comfortable working with APIs, technical integrations, and software systems.
  • •Hands-on ability to troubleshoot technical issues across integrations, webhooks, telephony, authentication, and production deployments.
  • •Highly organized with strong ownership, able to manage multiple customer projects in ambiguous environments.
