Director, Supplier Development - Engineered Items (remote)

Lead and manage a global, cross-regional commodity supplier development team for Engineered Items across the NA & EU footprint. Own the end-to-end supplier development strategy, including supplier performance, risk mitigation, portfolio management, and manufacturing process standardization. Serve as GSD’s sponsor to assigned SBUs, align commodity priorities and KPIs with BU goals, and coordinate with BU supply chain leadership to resolve escalations and drive value realization. Remote role with travel (50%+).
