Lead MariaDB database deployments end to end—designing, configuring, migrating, and integrating solutions for customers. Perform architectural reviews to ensure high availability and scalability, and handle database performance tuning, troubleshooting, and health checks. Act as a trusted advisor in a client-facing consultative role, creating technical documentation, project plans, and reports, and mentoring customers and internal teams on MySQL/MariaDB best practices.
