Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sales by meeting or exceeding store targets and executing the Flow initiatives.
  • •Engage with customers to provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment and accurately educate them on products and store initiatives.
  • •Maintain knowledge of store goals, product lines, new launches, and store policies to educate guests and colleagues.
  • •Ensure consistent front- and back-of-house procedures, including visual merchandising and daily replenishment, to support store operations.
  • •Support in processing shipments and managing product flow to optimize store performance and guest satisfaction.
