Key Responsibilities

  • •Assume responsibility for efficient, accurate teller functions while coaching other tellers to deliver an excellent client experience.
  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and transition clients to a banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line duties, including teller scheduling, observing, and coaching to improve operational effectiveness and standards.
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls, including cash drawer balancing and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • •Support product knowledge (guides, fees, and policies), participate in branch huddles and debriefs, and assist the Branch Manager with onboarding and training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experienced in cash handling.
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
