Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a player-coach engineering manager, providing technical mentorship and participating in design and architecture.
•Own the team’s architecture and long-term technical vision, driving the transition from monolith to service-oriented architecture.
•Lead development of systems powering one-click subscriptions, reusable investor profiles, and omni-channel onboarding, leveraging AI and modern tooling for automation.
•Manage the short-term roadmap across the next two quarters, identifying risks and mitigation strategies to ensure delivery.
•Lead operational excellence by monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving production issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver user experience aligned with business strategy.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•11+ years of software development experience, with increasing technical leadership, architectural ownership, and mentorship responsibilities, plus 2+ years of engineering management experience.
•Proven hands-on software engineering experience including system design, architecture, and leading technical initiatives.
•Experience building scalable, high-throughput web applications; modern frameworks (React preferred) and server-side languages such as Python, Node/TS, or Java.
•Experience with workflow automation, systems integration, and leveraging AI/ML tools to streamline complex financial processes.
