Key Responsibilities

  • •Own HR administration for the full contract lifecycle (including onboarding/offboarding) and ensure compliance across EMEA.
  • •Handle HR requests via the Extranet ticketing tool and maintain the system up to date.
  • •Support payroll and compensation & benefits processes through reliable data interfaces and HR procedures/communications updates.
  • •Maintain HR data and reporting by updating systems and using ticketing data to identify process optimization opportunities.
  • •Drive HR continuous improvement projects including QVCT deployment and initiatives such as HR automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a similar role in an international environment and a Bac +5 degree in Human Resources.
  • •Strong knowledge of French labor law and basic international employment law concepts (EMEA).
  • •Solid understanding of core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, payroll, and social relations.
  • •Comfort with HRIS and HR/payroll management tools.
  • •Fluent English and French; strong interest in HR AI and digital tools.
