Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify cosmetic imperfections and/or repairs before reconditioning and after the paint process.
  • •Support additional vehicle prepping tasks such as sanding and masking.
  • •Use safety equipment such as face shields/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and protective garments.
  • •Help prepare vehicles to be ready for customers by meeting inspection and quality standards.
  • •Work in Inspection Centers and production areas using state-of-the-art tools and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Ability to identify cosmetic imperfections and/or repairs pre-reconditioning and post-paint process.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
