Process teller transactions while providing excellent customer service. You’ll handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and negotiable instruments, while promoting bank products and services. Maintain accurate cash balancing, follow teller procedures and compliance requirements, operate an online teller terminal, and ensure customer information privacy. Build client relationships by resolving inquiries promptly and cross-selling products, while supporting reports, records, and coordination with management.
