Machine Learning Engineer - Marketplace Growth (TikTok Global E-commerce Supply Chain and Logistics)

Build end-to-end machine learning capabilities for TikTok’s e-commerce supply chain and logistics, focusing on marketplace growth. You’ll design algorithms for segmentation, scoring, outreach, characterization, and incentive optimization, and run causal studies to support better business decisions. Partner with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define data mining objectives, engineer features/embeddings, evaluate models for performance and interpretability, and communicate insights across technical and non-technical teams.
