Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate construction controls throughout the project lifecycle to ensure schedule, budget, quality, and safety compliance.
  • •Monitor field work for completeness and accuracy prior to energization and formal commissioning.
  • •Provide management and inspection services to ensure conformity to construction drawings, specifications, and contractor QC plans (QCP).
  • •Be the single point of contact for quality program questions and enforce owner quality requirements on site.
  • •Lead quality planning and QA/QC activities including audits, NCR documentation review, quality induction support, and inspections through operational handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience in architectural inspection or construction QA/QC roles.
  • •Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • •Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.
  • •Familiarity with inspection tools, construction management software, and mobile inspection apps.
